Mika Laukkanen, M.Sc. (Econ., Stats.)

Mika has worked full-time on data projects since 1998, with roles ranging from development to leading large-scale initiatives, including interim positions. His expertise includes designing, defining, and executing digital and data-driven solutions. With over 15 years in executive roles, he has a deep understanding of business challenges and opportunities. In 2009, he founded Louhia, leading it until its acquisition by Bilot in 2018. Partner, M&M Growth Partners
Harry is a Partner at M&M Growth Partners, focusing on venture and growth capital investments in software, healthcare, and AI. He serves as Chairman of Siili Solutions Oyj and previously held the role of Chairman of the Board at Business Finland Venture Capital Ltd, where he played a key role in supporting new venture capital initiatives in Finland. Additionally, Harry was a board member at Silo AI, Europe’s largest private AI lab. His leadership experience includes roles at Lamy Oy, GE Healthcare IT, and Nokia Networks.
Mikko Leino

Mikko has over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and was the CEO of Datawell Group, a leading healthcare software provider. Under his leadership, Datawell specialized in healthcare management solutions, including clinical systems, nursing operations, and cost accounting software. In 2015, the company was acquired by FCG Finnish Consulting Group. After this acquisition, Mikko became involved in various ventures, and he is now a Partner at MMGP, where he focuses on healthcare, software, and IT investments.
Heikki Westerlund

Heikki has extensive experience in venture capital and private equity, with notable leadership roles at CapMan Plc, where he served as CEO and Chairman from 2002 to 2017. He currently holds multiple board positions, including Chairman of Aspo Plc and Oriola Plc, as well as a board member at Oras Invest. He is also the Chairman of Kvanted Ventures, an early-stage investment firm focused on industrial technology innovation.
