Starting Point

Over the years, the client has integrated various AI solutions across multiple departments within their organization. The goal was to assess the present state of their AI landscape, discover new opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, and determine the necessary conditions for the effective application of AI.

AI Landscape Analysis

A comprehensive 6-month study was launched to evaluate both the current and desired future states of the organization’s AI landscape. This assessment was carried out through a series of in-depth interviews and interactive workshops.

 

The findings offer valuable insights for future AI initiatives, including the development of capabilities across different levels of the Enterprise Architecture, AI Governance, and AI operation models. Furthermore, the study presents a strategic roadmap for the years ahead.

The outcomes of this project serve as a foundation for the ongoing development of the organization’s digital transformation strategy and help identify opportunities for funding applications in the coming years. In addition, the project highlighted the shared AI capabilities across various functions and explored the potential for other authorities to leverage existing AI solutions.
