To support our expanding services, we are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team.
About the role
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Espoo, with flexibility for remote work. The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for performing advanced data analysis, data modeling, and statistical analysis. The Senior Data Analyst will also be responsible for communicating findings to stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive business results.
Responsibilities
- Apply statistical methods to analyze and interpret data, delivering clear insights and recommendations.
- Utilize advanced SQL skills to effectively manipulate and understand complex data models.
- Leverage Python programming skills for efficient data processing and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and solutions.
Qualifications (Technical Skills)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to solve complex problems
- Proven experience in data analytics, data modeling, and statistical analysis
- Proven experience in data analytics, data modeling, and statistical analysis
- Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI, or Tableau
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure and AWS.
Qualifications (Personal Skills)
- Consultative mindset and understanding of the software consulting business.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings to stakeholders
- esilience in ambiguous situations, adapting to address challenges from multiple perspectives.
- Know-how on optimizing complex business processes and operations, enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and growth across various functions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
